Welcome to WCKUK Pro. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a workshop or training experience with us. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All workshops must be booked in advance through our official contact form or by email.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is reviewed and accepted.
Full payment is required at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop.
Invoices will include VAT where applicable and must be paid via bank transfer or another approved method.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
If WCKUK Pro must cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. WORKSHOP DELIVERY
Workshops are typically delivered on-site at your location (school, college, university, or workplace).
Instructors will arrive 30–60 minutes before the session to prepare.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide a safe, clear, and suitable space for the workshop.
For full-day and VIP sessions, agreed breaks will be arranged in advance.
4. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance at all times.
WCKUK Pro reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour compromises safety or disrupts the session.
Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn (e.g. no open-toe shoes or jewellery).
5. INSURANCE & LIABILITY
All WCKUK Pro instructors are fully insured and hold enhanced DBS checks.
WCKUK Pro is not responsible for injuries resulting from participants failing to follow instructions or safety advice.
Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or access needs before the session.
6. CERTIFICATES & FOLLOW-UP
All attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
VIP experiences include a follow-up strategy call within 10 working days of the workshop.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All workshop content, training formats, and teaching materials remain the property of WCKUK Pro.
No session may be recorded, transcribed, or distributed without written permission.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
WCKUK Pro is committed to protecting your personal data. This section outlines how we collect, use, and store your information.
What We Collect
Name, email address, and contact number (via enquiry forms)
Organisational details (e.g. school name or company name, when applicable)
Booking preferences, feedback, or other correspondence
How We Use It
To arrange and confirm your booking
To send booking details, follow-up messages, and feedback requests
To occasionally inform you of updates to services or offers (opt-in only)
How We Store It
Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised WCKUK Pro staff
We do not share or sell your data to third parties
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WCKUK Pro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted here and apply to all future bookings.
